Don’t even know where to start was working my weekend side job as door dashing when I got a decent size order from BJ’s about an hour before closing after finally finding someone to help me find an item the store announced. They were closing soon so after finishing my shopping as I’m walking to the front, the manager told me and my girlfriend over the intercom that we would be locked in for the night and after I confronted him About it he said all that shit had better be scanned and already payed for Then another employee came up to help us and opened a register for us to help us check out. He also turned the lights off in the store the guy that checked my receipt was very nice and said that he was sorry for the new managers actions after I walked out the store and was putting the groceries in the car that new manager came walking out got in his car that happened to be parked behind mine a few spots back starts his car and rolls the windows down, blaring music and floors out the parking lot I sure hope this manager isn’t working at the store much longer he’s definitely terrible for business me and my family will not be back

Tough store to shop. Doesn't have a flow. I found the store needs a major reset to properly categorize products. Merchandising could use some help. Total reset is the best I can say. We are loyal shoppers at your Burlington location plus I spent 50 years between A&P and Acme Markets in the Philadelphia market. I watched a customer walk away from the deli when he couldn't get service and when someone showed up this young man couldn't care less. I shopped on May 12th around noon. Spent a little over 500 dollars. Generally floor associates were either bored or didn't care. The exception was checking out we had a great experience with the person training a new hire. She should be training the store team. She knows customer service. Sorry an old market guy had to let you know. The marketing team needs to visit the store and get it fixed. Thanks 7 days ago and no reply back yet.

Where do I even begin. My past experience at this location was nothing but pleasant from the time I walk in till the time I walk out the doors. I drive an hour and half to this location just for the friendly staff and management. In a blink all of that was gone! Cashier Angela is the WORSE such poor customer service, has an attitude, when you try to help her she rather interrupt another customers experience to ask a fellow coworker when the information was shown by myself and mother. She kept cutting us off when we questioned something and got even loud. I had to raise my voice and tell her not to be rude and loud with us. By this point management should have stepped in. Customers even stated how she was in the wrong. I had to go to customer service to find the manager that was in checkout. Patti answered questions on her new position as manager and how they are trying to improve and implement procedures. Being polite is not something that needs to be trained on. This is the last time I will spend my money at this location! Finding great service it worth more than this. I hope you find new staff or management if needed to correct this issue!

We love you BJ’s Briar Creek, but you have a serious management problem. This is the second time we made the 40 minute drive to your store to pick up a must needed “in stock” item, only to be told it’s up on a shelf and cannot be made available for purchase. Only 1 employee is “fork lift trained” and they left mid-afternoon for the day. A warehouse store with a single employee who can operate essential equipment is a management problem. We even called ahead and were told that there were 36 of the item we needed in stock. Meanwhile, we’re screwed and pissed off and taking our business elsewhere.

Let’s just say I had a terrible experience with my pick up order today …. I scheduled the pick up for 2pm had the items placed in my car got home and found LIVE BUGS inside my “organic lettuce heads” … this is beyond disgusting and literally there is no way no one packing the order could not have seen that this was infested with bugs …. It goes to show that the shoppers are careless and just pick whatever to get the job done… I relay on pick up orders because I have a busy schedule but now I’m just super unhappy and don’t even feel comfortable eating my food I purchased…. They said they can do an “exchange” with a receipt but that’s beyond the point…. And is an inconvenience for me to drive all the way back to the store for something they made a mistake on due to employees being careless…. You all really need to do better this is so gross 🤮
