Let me start with this: the store is clean and well-stocked. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Those are the good things. Parking: miserable. We paid $10 to park for 30 minute just to go into a store to spend more money. Location: miserable. And slightly unsafe area (depending on time of day). Why is this store in such a dense area? If the store was located someplace with a parking lot, free parking and easier to navigate to I’d come back. I will not be back. Also: after paying $20 to take a ferry to get there and paying $10 to park they didn’t even have a bathroom for paying customers so I could pee. The porta potties nearby are locked with padlocks. Good luck finding a bathroom. The last thing that was irritating, although I do understand, is that the staff at this store hovered and ridiculously stocked items that didn’t need stocking for excessive amounts of time to watch out for theft. One staff member spend the ENTIRE time I was looking at pencils stocking the same tiny bin of pink erasers to overflowing, then redoing it. We were basically followed the entire time under the guise of customer service. If theft is this much of a problem then invest in cameras in each aisle. Don’t follow and watch my every move making me feel as though I’m acting suspiciously when I’m definitely not.

Very nice and attentive staff there was someone standing at the door to greet you and throughout the store there was staff checking up on you and assisting with your purchase. Well organized and easy to navigate. Plenty of supplies of all kinds, would recommend to check out.

I've been in here a couple of times now, and I really should stay away. I always find more than I need and spend more than I should. They have such a great selection of such a wide variety of media. Of course, when I return to Seattle, I will return again and will shop again like a kid with an advance on his allowance in a candy store.
