Best chicken I've ever hard, literally falling off the bone like it roasted for days (but not dry). Dates were wonderful too, crisp yet juicy. Hubs said ribs were delicious. Only negative is parking is a pain, but they do validate if you park in garage off Jefferson just under the hotel (even if there's an event).

Slow to get to us even though the place was almost empty. We ordered a few appetizers, and one was forgotten. We never had the same server for anything, so I'm not surprised it was left out. The bacon wrapped dates were good but clashed with the cheese crumbles on top. The calamari was good, and the truffle fries were alright. The crab mac and cheese was good and had a decent amount of crab. The burger was very underdone, but we never told anyone cause no one came around. Overall, we weren't impressed and didn't bother to ask about desserts.

The location is centerally located. We went on a Sunday. The place looked awesome however, the food was massively lover salted 🧂. I am glad we tried it but will eat somewhere else when in town next. The drinks were good.

We reserved a table and mentioned that we were in town to celebrate my master’s graduation. Unfortunately, no one inquired about the reason for our visit, which made us feel less welcomed. We ordered appetizers, which arrived quickly, but just five minutes later, two orders of lobster carbonara were placed in front of us, leaving us confused since we had only ordered one. Our appetizer choices included tuna tartare, burrata, and calamari. We really enjoyed everything except the calamari, which was just okay. The lobster carbonara, on the other hand, was quite underwhelming and tasted almost freezer-burnt. For $40, I expected better quality. My dad ordered the French dip, but it was very sloppy. I recommend looking at the French dip from the Whiskey Cake restaurant; it sets a standard that this place could learn from. The steak in the sandwich was unseasoned, and the roll was inconsistent and messy. We genuinely wanted to like this restaurant more. Lastly, we were never asked if we wanted dessert, which was surprising considering we spent over $260 for four people and were treated this way. Overall, we left feeling very unsatisfied and disappointed.

We came in for a quick nightcap and were promptly greeted. They didn’t have many options for nonalcoholic beers but we both found something we liked. I would recommend just drinking from the can because the way the bartender poured my beer, there was so much head that she couldn’t pour all the 12 ounce can into a pint glass. We ordered something that was recommended to us and that was pretty much the last time we saw the bartender. When we got our sliders we took one bite and didn’t like them. They never came back to check on us so we couldn’t order something else to eat. After finishing our drinks we asked for the check and they took our card to pay still without asking if we liked the food (which we clearly didn’t because it only had a single bite taken out of it and was pushed away). We came to copper blues to enjoy some drinks and food instead. Much better service here.
