Highly recommend taking a course with Boatsetter Academy San Diego! The class covers a lot of fundamentals and was super organized. After booking online, I received a document via email which outlined everything from the schedule to what items to bring. Well designed and planned. I also want to give special kudos to Captain Brandon because he truly made this course a fun and positive experience. As someone with no prior knowledge, I felt comfortable asking basic questions and even driving the boat. I have a newfound appreciation for boating because of Captain Brandon and Boatsetter! Pros: Amazing and safe class for beginners, you gain hands on experience Cons: Classes are only available Monday to Friday and they fill up quickly
