Food was AMAZING! I went with several friends, and we had nothing but rave reviews, especially the FRIED RICE! We had the Fried Chicken and Wings, Bulgogi Udon soup, Stir-fry Udon, Bulgogi Fries, Pot-Stickers, and Seafood Udon soup. The Udon Soups have a dark savory shoyu/ganjang dashi broth base. Just be careful with the “Spicy” chicken fried rice (it was TOO HOT 🥵 for me). Everything else was delicious, had rich savory flavors in the broths and sweet and spicy flavors in the sauces. Our lunch orders came out to the table promptly and accurately and the wait staff were very kind and attentive. We enjoyed it so much we went back for dinner the following night! My nephews and I stopped at Bonchon Korean fried chicken for lunch two days ago on a Friday. I had not heard about this restaurant before, but one of my nephews was familiar with it so we went. We just did a walk-in. I don’t know if they accept reservations or not, but we were seated right away. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. Our server was patient and gave us time to peruse the menu before taking our order. We ordered wing plates with fries and also edamame. The edamame was prepared nicely and with the sea salt on top, it really gave it a wonderful flavor. The highlight for me were the wings. I cannot describe in words how great these wings were. They had the right crisp on the outside, moisture and tenderness on the inside, and the flavor was absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely visit again.

Please LIKE & share our reviews. Best chicken ever... This restaurant is very prevalent throughout S Korea. We miss it dearly. When in town we def eat here and order yang yum chicken - spicy & one sweet with a sode of rice & fries. When the food arrives at the table no one talks until it is gone. Lol. It is sooooo good. Koreans frequent this spot because it is legit "Korean style" food.

Ok, so I really love the overall cuisine and approach of this place. Unfortunately, the bibimbap had a strange flavor going on with it. We would have asked about it but did take out. I loved the udon dish and the fried donut was really good as well! Will try to go back again to retry the bibimbap.

I came here seeing pretty decent reviews on the place but I wasn’t super impressed. Firstly, the waitress served TWO other people who came after me and only when I asked for water a second time did she serve and she didn’t seem pleased about the fact that I asked. Secondly, my food came late, again after the same people who arrived and were seated after me. Seeing how I was sitting there waiting for my food while everyone else was eating, she told me that strips were made “in house” and not “prepared before hand” ?? I did not understand that logic but okay, fine I guess. I finally get my food and guess what. It was not made in house. And how do I know this? It wasn’t piping hot like it was freshly made. At best I’d say it was warm. Then this server had the audacity to tell me I’d have to pay EXTRA for Kewpie mayo while other people had a thing of mayo on their plate? I don’t know if she was out for me or if I did something wrong but there is no way in hell I’m paying for mayo when other places offer it with their dishes. Food was decent, nothing spectacular. Paid an extra $3 to have cheese and flaked parsley and garlic sprinkled on my fries which wasn’t exactly pleasing. Overall, I’d say not to go here. I don’t know if I was targeted because I was alone or because I was a brown POC and everyone else there was white, but sure felt that way. There are other k fried chicken places that even though are a little far out, serve great food and aren’t rude to their customers.
