I came to Bossa Donuts following a recommendation about the quality of the donuts. The quality is excellent and delicious. Everything is inviting. Only the service from the salespeople was beyond reproach. They were impatient and short on time. It completely took away my desire to return to the store, which is a shame. Because of their terrible service, I would rather go to Walmart or any other grocery store and get some donuts from the bakery, it's not worth going into the store anymore. It's a real shame.

Me and a coworker stopped in for iced tea. Both drinks were made to order. Mine was a peach green tea. It was very refreshing for a hot AZ day. Although I didn't purchase one, the donuts and muffins looked yummy! In the inside, the place looks like a storage unit. There's boxes and stacked furniture everywhere. There is a drive thru which looks to be the method of locals. Accessible parking and entrance.

I usually have a great experience but this morning there was a very rude young lady serving us. She took an extra 5 minutes to answer us at the drive through, she was impatient and got our drink sizes and order wrong. We tried correcting it at the window and her response was you said this and that implying we ordered it wrong. She also lied about having chai tea on the menu, I order one every time I visit this location. Also the tiger's milk was incredibly thick and gross. I will not be the returning to this location.

Service from younger woman working at register is horrible! This is the second time our order is taken wrong by her, 1st time I let it go because when go there we usually order from older gentleman who is always friendly when we see him our order always comes out to $27 for dozen of donuts and 2 drinks but Today it was 34$ for dozen of donuts and 2 boba drinks. Per woman at register because we weren’t clear or loud enough for her we instead got two smoothies with boba. I understand the misunderstanding but when I tired to correct our order she was rude and told me it was only a dollar difference which I knew was wrong but it wasn’t worth trying to get her to understand what I knew. Apparently it was our fault. Just plain bad attitude, rushing, and obviously her not wanting to be there is the issue, just bad vibes all around and really disappointing to have an ugly spirited person like her working at the register and taking orders.

I love the Thai tea with boba, and I love that they are open 24 hours because my job is overnight. However, they started charging an extra dollar for light ice. That's absurd. There's no way not having half the cup filled with ice has to cost a dollar extra. Why not 50 cents? A dollar extra is insane. All of these companies are doing this now, and it's so disappointing. It's also upsetting that other Bosa locations don't charge for light ice, but their Thai teas with boba tend to be subpar, so I pay extra to get it from this location. My biggest issue lately is that they have been out of boba 3 out of the last 4 times I went there. This last time, told me it was a 3 hour wait. How are you out of boba consistently, when it's one of your most popular items? And out on a Saturday night? So disappointing to go to this location specifically, for them to be out of boba. Unbelievable and ridiculous.
