We loved our Segway tour and this is a great local business. My wife was nervous but, the manager took time to orient her on the segway before our scheduled tour time. Our glide guide was extremely friendly and took great care to ensure rider safety. Highly recommend as this is an awesome way to take in the sights of the city.

The wife and I decided to take a 2 hour Segway tour of Boston on July 2 but after only a few minutes out on the road we had an accident which was no one’s fault. Our Segway leader was very good and was able to call an ambulance and my wife was taken to a local hospital with a twisted knee and neck / head issues from hitting her head on the sidewalk. Again our Segway leader did a great job and I was very pleased and happy she was there. The only issue I have with Boston Segway is that NO one from the company called to see how she was doing after the accident I just think if someone is hurt the company should make effect to follow up and check on their customers.

My husband chose this adventure and before I set out my main concern was whether I could stay balanced on the machine or not. It turns out I need not have worried. After a short training video and a little one on one time I was good to go. We were a group of 4 who gelled from the start when everyone introduced themselves in the video room and we were friends from there. It was unbelievable to me that you could ride a Segway through the Boston Common during rush hour traffic in a bike lane - I loved it ! Captain Bob made sure that we all stayed safe and made for a very different tour of the city. The scenery was magnificent - I have lived in MA for 30 years and never had such a good look at Boston. I would highly recommend this tour. We did the 2 hour evening tour which will give me something to talk about for the long cold winter months!

I took a one hour Segway tour with my 15 year old nephew this morning. We both had so much fun. Even though I am pushing 50, the Segway made me a kid again. My nephew and I laughed, high fived, goofed around with each other and had a glorious time seeing the city. Tashi was really knowledgeable about the history of Boston and made sure we were well trained and safe out on tour. This was a great adventure for both an athletic teenage boy and his willing yet much less athletic aunt. Good Times!
