I started at a 2, but moved to a 4 ...but their website, account creation, and event registration process is awful. I'm not sure how anyone navigates it. I got there, just wanted to register for a pickleball class, but only after way too much energy and persistence. They need to kick that vendor/vendors to the ground and get something easy. Having said that, the facility and the people and the classes are great! It's a 5 if they fix their customer-facing systems.

As a non-member I'm always excited to come do things here with my toddler but then we get here and it's such a bummer to always be greeted by the receptionists cold and snarky attitude. At first I thought it was a one-off day but after coming multiple times I'm realizing this is normal. Big bummer! In addition, the tumble room is often found in disarray and dirty with mops brooms and cleaning supplies just laying around. Not impressed by this facility or non-customer service oriented staff.
