I shopped online this morning while our beautiful Colorado weather was climbing to 80 at 8 am. On top of the weather, I recently suffered a knee injury. I am on leave from my job at this time. I decided to go online & order a few groceries for pickup. I placed my order around 9 am. I set my pick-up time to 11 am. My shopper promptly started picking up my order and keeping me updated by text. This was by far the smoothest online grocery order I have placed. He finished an hour earlier than expected. My pick-up was very nice & my shopper brought me my groceries. Thank you very much, Owen. I will be placing my grocery orders with Sprouts at Baseline Rd, Boulder, Colorado. Thank you for reading my review 🙏

I love sprouts and it’s genuinely one of my favorite stores in the world: I like to think of myself as someone who is very understanding and compassionate, I keep my energy separate and never take things out on people, I am always putting someone’s benefit of the doubt on the table; but there is a woman here named Ellie who has white hair and is older who I absolutely despise. In my entire life I have only ever really disliked 2-5 people and she is one of them. Every time I come to the store she finds something to scold about me? I am a guest. One time I found half a garlic at the produce line and she scolded me for cutting the garlic and I did not. Another time she snapped at me for wanting to type my phone number in because “you know you only have to do that if you applied coupons in the app right? 🙄” which I had, and she had bypassed the phone number bit before I could even attempt to type it? One time I was next in line and she was like “you can go over there you know SHES open?” And it was four down with no one at the cash register and I ended up losing my spot in line. and she always snaps and talks to me like I am doing something wrong. I have never had a real problem with anyone else there and I am just trying to grocery shop but every time I go this sprouts and that woman is there she finds something to patronize me about. Very frustrating

Wondering what is the point of having signs on your parking lot?Stating no overnight parking or student parking yet.Everybody and their mom park here and don't come back for days to get their vehicles. Beats the whole purpose of having signs up. I was under the impression the parking lot was for customers only

Love this store for its convenience. It is well stocked and the staff is very helpful and kind. It also has a wide variety of vitamins, green products & healthy food options. The prices aren’t much different from other stores if you are shopping for organic or green sustainable products. The layout of the store can take some time getting used to. Like milk and cheese are on opposite sides of store but that is minimal in comparison to what they offer. I highly recommend if you’re a health connoisseur.

I order for pickup through instacart here weekly since last August. I like Sprouts, however I only order from here because it’s the only store nearby that does grocery pickup, which is really helpful for me as a single parent. First issue I have had is that the orders never come out on time even when I hit the “I’ve arrived” button on my instacart and I’ve had to wait for 15-30 minutes, have had to call the store to notify them, and have on occasion just gone inside myself to retrieve the order because I got tired of waiting. Second issue is that my produce has on many occasions been smashed or spoiled in a way that is hard to miss, ex. an entire bag of visibly rotten apples. That feels careless. Third, I am regularly missing items from my pickup order, anywhere from one item to a whole box of things. Lastly, I received a gift card as an apology, but when I tried to use it, it wasn’t valid. I’ve brought these issues to the store and usually receive a response that shows lack of care around these issues - they are still ongoing. Just picked up my order and am missing an item. Notified the store, who just told me to come in (again) and pick up the missing item or file for a refund through instacart. It’s really unfortunate that a service that is supposed to help chronically ill and disabled humans, as well as single parents and other humans who rely on this service, is treated with such little care that we can’t even rely on it. Defeats the purpose.
