I surprised my boyfriend with a cooking class for his birthday. We had Chef Cameron and Orel and they were absolutely fantastic! We made gnocchi from scratch, steaks with a great reduction, a vinaigrette for our salad, and a delicious gelato. All of it was SO good! I will say it probably did help that we had a good group of couples in our class. They liked to joke around as much as we did, so it probably made it more enjoyable. I could see where that could easily make a difference between a good time or not. Also, random, but if you guys want more than water, I did ask if you can bring other drinks. They did say you can bring sodas, but no alcohol at all. We were fine with the lemon water provided, but we might bring something else for next time. 10/10 I definitely recommend doing one of these classes! We will be back!!

1st things Chef Orel Zweibel was AWESOME! my wife & I booked a night in Paris cooking class for our anniversary, & some how we got lucky enough to get the class & chef all to ourselves cause no one else booked rainy night. It was a wonderful experience the food & recipes were amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Chef Cameron was great at the French Brioche class! Everything tasted fantastic. My favorite was the brioche rolls with herbs and cheese. Looking forward to re-making at home.

I took an “epicurean” cooking class here for a date night. Chef Orel was great, enthusiastic and gave us helpful tips and instructions. The meal was steak, salad, carrots, and pie. Nothing exceptionally exciting but it was all very delicious. We learned how to make a proper salad dressing and will certainly repeat some of the recipes at home. My complaints are that it was very awkward, I thought I was booking a date night just for us but it turned out being with two other couples and nobody really talked to each other. I also expected that we would be making our own meal, but we all took turns making ONE meal and sharing it between the six of us. We didn’t truly get a full cooking experience since we all had to take turns. The chef did most of it, we just helped. The portions were pretty small and I don’t think everyone had enough to eat. We also just stood around eating our finished meals as there weren’t any seats to sit down. Overall not a terrible experience, we enjoyed the unique date and laughed about it on the way home, but I probably wouldn’t do it again since it was $200.

We had a day date here making Korean bbq. We had such a good time. And our instructor Kristen was great. I was a bit nervous at first cooking with a small class, but she made it super easy peasy and very fun. The meal came out absolutely delicious and her instructions couldn’t have been any better. I highly recommend this to anyone willing to try something new.
