All I wanted to do for my 21st was go jet skiing after attending a cruise lol. and they definitely did their thing! We had to take a 30 minute boating test which was super easy for $10 and then we were able to jet ski. We paid for the ski not the people riding for $110 for 30 minutes which was a long time. They also took pictures and videos of us for an extra $35 . It was amazing I would do it go again! I highly recommend!

These guys are horrible. Waited for 2 hours. Somehow the people behind us with a later reservation got placed ahead of us. Said it wasn't their fault, blamed it on the other customers they gave the jet skis to. We even showed up at 3:50 which was the new time they told us to go. Told us we'd have to wait on the people that just started. 4 jet skis reserved. Empty handed at the end of the day

Horrible. We reserved 4 jetskis for 7 people at 3pm and we were there at 220 to fill out any forms or anything we needed to do ahead of time so that we'd have plenty of time. 3pm came and we were pushed to 330. 330 came and we were pushed to 4pm. At 350 we asked what was going on and we were told they gave our jetskis away to another group of 4 people... so they didn't have enough jetskis for us. At this point we waited almost 2 hours in the hot sun just to be told we couldn't ride the jetskis. Absolutely do not recommend.

Had a 3:00pm appointment, arrived at 2:20pm,and then pushed to the side to when another party showed up, we were immediately rescheduled to 4pm and told to come back at 3:50pm they had just launched the previous party.and they still weren’t ready and told us they were closing at 4:45pm. After waiting and sweating for over 2 hours we were refunded for our trip. ** edit weeks later, my refund was issued almost immediately, then as i waited to see it in my account it never went through. I waited a few days and nothing. Contacted boucher bros accounting and was told refund was sent and its my problem. Contacted my bank and they said the refund was reversed. Ended up filling a claim with my bank to get my $500.00 back. Scam artists
