Came in at 9:30pm to do the “cosmic” bowling and by 11:00pm half the lanes are still lit up all the way and music is lowered. When asking staff when the “cosmic bowling” started because we paid for it; was told “league” bowlers were still here bowling and would get mad.

This place is ass. 1115 on a Friday night waited 30 minutes for a lane reset halfway through the first game, mgmt said the mechanic went home so he couldn’t fix our lane, so she changed our lane. Then, in the second game, it happened again, so we waited another 15-20 minutes for somebody to come back and fix it, but nobody came, so we just went home.

We love this bowling alley. We purchased summer passes and use them at least times per week. We have an alley closer to us but the employees here are so friendly (shout out to Gavin) and the equipment seems to be maintained well. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely love bowling here! This is the second year I have grabbed all my girlfriends and made a special trip to Bowlero Union hills for an early afternoon of bowling fun. Eaxh time the customer service has been fantastic, snacks served quickly, and the beer nice and cold. We will be back!
