The atmosphere was drenched in warm lighting and smooth jazz that immediately relaxed me. I was greeted by Mo (the owner) with a friendly smile and a cheerful, "How can I help you?" I ordered a Breakfast Burrito made with fluffy eggs, bacon, spinach, black beans, and earthy potatoes, topped off with sharp cheddar cheese. The flavors were a perfect combination of tangy, savory, and sweet creamy butter. Of course, everything thing in the Café is made from scratch with quality fresh ingredients. Mo said, "I love getting here early in the morning to create with flour, honey, butter, and spices. It's so wonderful to be able to express what you love." His food is made with love and passion and you can taste it in every bite. Mo serves, salads, smoothies, sandwiches, breakfast, baked pies, a full espresso bar, and coffee. The Mediterranean Quiche is next on my list to try. Next time you're in the mood for some delicious food and drink in a charming atmosphere, come by the Bread & Honey and let Mo take care of you.
