Went to Brentwood Social House for a friend’s birthday and tried their afternoon tea experience ($50 per person). We had a big group, and they did a great job accommodating us. The setup was super cute—pretty tea cups and pots that really added to the vibe. I had Earl Grey, which came with milk and honey or syrup options. The tea itself was simple but nice, and it just felt good to sip tea and hang out with friends. The real star was the snack tower. Each person got two pieces of cucumber sandwich, goat cheese with fig jam sandwich, and chicken salad sandwich—all super tasty and well-balanced. Then there was a second tier with marmalade brownies, tea cookies, and mini cupcakes, which were all sweet and delicious. The top tier had raisin biscuits with whipped butter and jam—classic and comforting.Honestly, it was way more food than we expected. Everyone ended up taking leftovers home in boxes. The whole experience felt fun, cozy, and a little fancy in a casual way. Definitely a unique and enjoyable way to celebrate something special with friends. Would totally recommend it if you're looking for something a bit different.

Charming neighborhood coffee house with an extensive menu of drinks and eats. It has several tables inside and out, along with a large play ground and little shop. There is a small free parking lot wrapped around the building. They host many events, so I'm looking forward to visiting again and trying more of their menu.

The vegan croissant was delicious, and so was the matcha latte. I like that they offer day-old pastries at a discount, and they still taste great. The atmosphere is cute and casual. It's a good place for meetings, working alone, or enjoying coffee with family and friends. The service was fast and efficient.

I usually give a place more than one shot before I write my not very good opinion but this time I’m disappointed again. I’m not a difficult or snobby person but when I go to a coffee shop with decent reviews I expect at least a decent service. Ordered a coffee and was asked if it’s for here or to go and I said “for here” assuming it means it will be served in a mug. (I don’t take my hot drink in a plastic cup). They gave me a buzzer and almost 30 minutes later I walk in to check if it’s ready but I did not see what I thought I ordered. I walked over the play room inside and decided to wait there and several minutes later I heard a very faint beeping and no buzz on my “buzzer”. There were only 2 of us in that room and there is no way I would have heard that faint beeping if the playroom was full of kids. Maybe was worth mentioning that the buzzer does not vibrate? I would have walked around with a toddler a backpack and a buzzer close to my ear to not miss it Idk. I walk over to the counter and found my order in a plastic cup already cold. It’s ridiculous for a cup of cappuccino to take this long, the place was not even that packed. I did not want to make a scene and did not complain but I visit very many coffee shops and my simple drink never takes this long to get ready despite the number of customers. Kids play room was a chaos and had pieces of trash left behind from customers before us I guess. I started picking up the trash so my child does not touch it. But my cold Cappuccino served in a to go cup paired with insanely slow service on both my visits and dirty toys are some of the reasons I won’t come back.

I have to say, this place is truly amazing. One of the highlights is how family-friendly it is. Inside, there’s a cozy little area perfect for younger toddlers, complete with a play kitchen, toy tools, and a sweet selection of books. It’s such a thoughtful setup that keeps little ones engaged and happy. Love it. Outside, there's a great playground area in the shape of a ship, complete with two slides. It looks fantastic and adds to the charm, making it a wonderful spot for kids to run around and explore while parents relax nearby. While I didn’t try the coffee, the tea was excellent, very smooth, and flavorful. The food was also a standout. We came on a Sunday morning, and although it was bustling, the staff was clearly in sync and working hard to make sure everything ran smoothly. The curry pie was especially delicious, rich in flavor, and perfectly done. You can tell a lot of care goes into everything they serve. If we’re ever back in town, this will absolutely be a place we return to.
