Yes, the rust is on the handlebar, but beyond the technical details, his tone was cold and unprofessional. My bike means a lot to me. It may sound silly, but it’s not. I bought it used because I don’t have a vehicle yet. It has carried me everywhere under Miami’s unforgiving sun. And even if the bolts are rusty, my love for it remains strong. This is a top tier bike shop with excellent customer service. Our plan was a multi day biking trip from Key Largo to key west. Instead of renting crappy beach cruisers or aluminum bikes that most bike rental places in miami offered. We were looking to rent quality carbon road bikes. Brickell bikes not only had the carbon bikes but their price was very reasonable. Robbie the store owner went above and beyond to accommodate our situation. They are closed on the weekends but robbie made sure one his staff members was there to give us the bikes since we landed in miami after hours on a Friday night. He also made sure we had everything we needed for a safe ride. The bikes were amazing and we had a lot of fun exploring the keys with zero issues. I highly recommend brickell bikes to anyone in the miami area looking for a great bike to rent. Brickell bikes will definitely take care of you.
