If you love movies this is the theater to go to! I have seen a dozen screenings of new and old movies here and it’s always been the best time I have had! Everyone’s kind courteous, and into whats ok screen in ways you just never see at a big name theater.

I finally made my way to Broadway Centre yesterday and WOW! Such a friendly and helpful staff; there was an initial problem with projection, and I walked out to get some help, and they restarted the film since it was only a few minutes in and worked great. I hope I can make it a goal to come here at least 1/month this year, especially because I know that some movies will only get on these screens and I want nothing more than to support this organization.

Nice new seats since the last time I was here and the concession appears to have improved. We attended the summer classics series and it was a great experience. Wish they had a wider range of showtime options.

Yeah they don’t have luxury recliners, this is a movie theater not a med spa. Yeah the ticket price is the same all day long, it’s an independent theater not a billionaires tax write off. Skip the next Marvel and check out a rerun from David Lynch, you may feel things, it may make you uncomfortable. They have coffee, I know it’s a movie theater….while to me, this seems like a no brainer combo… only the Broadway gets the concept. Yeah the popcorn is fantastic, like it was as a kid, and they will butter the kernel off the hull if you want it ya creep. Anyway 5 stars.

In the short few months I've lived in Utah, I've found myself coming back to the Broadway more than anywhere else in my free time. This isn't any old movie theater. This is an independent, non-profit theater. They're frequently running indie, foreign and older films that you'll never find the bigger chains. They're also one of the locations that does screenings for the Sundance Film Festival. Somehow, even as a small facility, there's no issue of sound bleeding between theaters! If I had to give any negatives, I'd wish that they expanded the showing schedule a bit. Frequently they'll run a themed series such as the recent "I'm Just Ryan" or current "Kubrick & Kurosawa" series, and only do one showing around 9-9:30. To add to the inconvenience, if you took public transit, you'll have a mad dash to catch the last bus or train home (I've also had complaints for the UTA not running service a bit later) Overall, this has been one of my favorite theater going experiences. I first discovered them running The Wolf Man from 1941 and I couldn't resist! Since then I've come to see a bunch of imports and smaller films that I wouldn't have even heard of had it not been for the Broadway running them.
