Les Miserables was awful. We, along with easily a third of the crowd, left at intermission. The sound was so unbearably loud we experienced tinnitus as one would after a heavy metal concert. The sound production was so poor, the lyrics were inaudible. The lighting was extremely dark as well. Sadly, just an unendurable experience. Broadway atlanta refused to refund our tickets at any level.

If I could give this resort 0 stars I would. I was supposed to be there Dec. 25-27 and my flight got cancelled from Atlanta to Mexico. We could not physically get to Mexico until Dec 27th. They charged us $3000 for the room despite the fact that there was no way to get to Mexico. Even if I had rented a car and driven, I could not have made it there in time for the reservation. I am a LOYAL Marriott Gold Member and I should be treated better than this. Very disappointed.
