Had an amazing experience purchasing a bike here. I made two visits and met the same employee both times. Lea provided top notch service. The first visit, I arrived near closing time, and Lea ran me through all the details I needed to narrow down to two models. However, by the time I asked to test ride, it was closing time. I came back a few days later, tested both bikes out, asked a some necessary questions, and then a bunch of stupid questions. I purchased a bike, and Lea gave a crash course on maintenance and care before I left with the bike. Overall one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. I normally dwell on shopping decisions, and visit several times before buying things. However, the service I received was so informative, welcoming, and efficient, I felt confident in my purchase.

Super helpful and friendly staff! I bought a bike here just over a year ago then recently had an issue. They listened, fixed it immediately and replaced the part under warranty. They then wanted to understand if there was anything else I wasn’t happy with (there isn’t). If you are thinking about getting a Brompton but tempted by cheaper alternatives those are false economies in my experience.
