[Good Product, But Disappointing Experience for Beginners] I recently visited this store twice to purchase a tennis racquet. Two days ago, I bought a Clash racquet. The quality of the racquet was brand-new, and the stringing service was professional. However, I later realized that the racquet was not the best fit for me. It is too soft for me. This was not the store's fault, as they did not have a demo available for that model. Today, I went back to explore other options. Both times, I was helped by the same staff member, a big guy with a full beard. He appeared knowledgeable and experienced in tennis. However, the interactions left me feeling uncomfortable. When I mentioned that I was looking for a racquet in a specific color, style and brand, he questioned whether I was a beginner, which I felt offended. While I am indeed around a 3.0 level player, I believe that even when I am at a 5.0 level, I will still want to choose a beautiful racquet and a brand I trust. In my view, caring about the appearance of a racquet is entirely a personal preference — many professional players also care about how their equipment looks, and what brand is it. Just because he may not prioritize appearance or brand does not mean others should be judged for doing so. I did not appreciate being judged in that way. Additionally, he repeatedly told me that my way of selecting a racquet was wrong, but at the same time, I don't feel like they are patient to beginners, and I don't recall receiving any genuinely helpful advice from him. Overall, if you are an experienced player, or you know exactly what model you want, this store could be a good place to visit. However, if you are a beginner (≤3.0) looking for recommendations and supportive guidance, I would not particularly recommend this store.

Bryan's has lots of pickleball and tennis gear. Paddles, racquets, and more. Court shoes, tennis/pickleball skorts, lots of gear and they are very helpful. Was referred to them by one of the sales persons at Fleet Feet because I needed pickleball shoes.
