I usually love bdubs and I go all the time. I recently came to this location and it was not a good experience at all. We weren’t greeted, then told to find our own spot, then a server didn’t come over for over 15 minutes, with a horrible attitude. We ordered our food and waited for an hour and 10 minutes for our food.(I kid you not). I understand being a little slow when it’s busy but there was not that many people in the restaurant. I’m really disappointed…

I have to thank Ashley (I hope that’s the correct spelling) for her amazing service and attitude today! She’s a prime example of what it looks like to handle pressure and tough situations well, and with grace! My family stopped here in hopes of having a better experience than we’d had with a previous establishment we left and because of her and her support of the only other waitress at the time, she made that possible! She kept us informed, got our order correct, and the kitchen got things out much quicker than expected! Her attentiveness and genuine care made our meal even more enjoyable. I truly hope that this location knows what a special team they have with Ashley and the other young lady service today (3/8) around 2-3p! Thank you both!

Let’s start with the positive. Clean and empty. That’s all I got for positives. The service was absolute garbage. What was even worse, was the excuse management attempted to give for their below lack luster type service. As pictured, establishment was barely 1/2 full but that was “busy”. 30mins to order food, 30mins to get us our bills as we watched management give his own family at a table 5 star service while our server elected to randomly clean tables as if we didn’t exist. The lack of prioritization was astonishing. After finally getting our food, orders were incorrect and food was lack luster. After seeing the behavior of management, I’m not even surprised at the servers inabilities. We remained kind and refrained from making a scene which would have been fully justified. Y’all looked like clowns!
