Absolutely unacceptable experience at Buffalo Wild Wings – 13000 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78753 (Palmer & I-35 location). I placed a to-go order in person and confirmed the name “Dafne” with the staff. When my wife arrived to pick it up, they claimed the order didn’t exist. She waited for TWO HOURS before they realized they had written the name down incorrectly as “Debbie.” When she asked to speak to the manager, he admitted it was their mistake and said it would be a simple fix to comp the meal. Then he disappeared for 10 minutes. When he returned, my wife explained how upsetting the experience had been, considering how long she waited for food that was sitting ready the whole time. Instead of apologizing, he got offended, canceled the order entirely, and told her to leave. At this point, it was 9:30 PM. Our 15-year-old daughter, who struggles with an eating disorder, was starving and didn’t want to eat anything else because it was so late. This wasn’t just a customer service failure — it was a total disregard for responsibility, empathy, and basic professionalism. Their mistake did more harm than they realize, and the dismissive, arrogant response from the manager made a bad situation worse. Do better.
