Nice spot, great coffee and vibes. I like the amenities especially for remote workers to get out of the house and have somewhere nice to work and have great coffee. Lastly, I like that they also have opportunities for families to participate in activities. Great community spot!!

Their rose cardamom coffee is the best! I tried their Little one&two, and it's amazing! I just wish they had gluten-free bread and plant based protein alternatives, but the slaw + the chili spread with the honey and scrambled eggs was really good. The only thing gluten-free at this cafe are their packaged cookies :(. The only vegan + GF item is their salad fyi. Their outdoor area could use a little help, but it does the job.

I love this place! The food is incredible (the Little one&two is the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had), the coffee is tasty, everyone is super friendly. Loved the art show during my recent visit (portraits by Fantasia Ariel), there's a great selection of books, and sweet people of all ages passing through. I'll always visit here whenever I'm in Chicago.

I can’t believe I just discovered this place! Close to the UChicago campus, great coffee, cool outdoor patio. I didn’t eat any food but the menu looked good.

I just LOVE Build! True to its name, the atmosphere is very much giving building in all ways; for me it’s been building relationships and moments to sit with myself and bask in the little treats life offers. I have been to this location three times and each time I have met some really amazing people or ran into someone I know. Now that I live quite a distance it’s truly such a treat to visit and absorb the great vibes. The space is also very kid friendly, with neat arts and crafts for the littles! Also, I had the egg sandwich 10/10! The bread is amazing, the chili crunch adds extra yumminess and the sandwich is a healthy size so very filling! You will not be disappointed.
