I have been a Burgerville customer from many years and I do not mind paying a little extra for the quality that they usually have. Unfortunately I cannot say that about this location. It has been more than once that the food is given to me cold or this last experience with the breakfast bagel completely inedible. My bagel was given to me Cold and The bagel bread was so stiff that I couldn't even eat it. You can see in the picture below, that the cheese wasn't even melted. And before there is any confusion, there was no one in front of me in line. It wasn't busy at all. I never give bad reviews but this time my experience was so bad that I felt I had to share it. Take a little more time and drive up to the one on 122nd in the parkrose neighborhood. I DO NOT recommend this location.

At this NE Glisan Burgerville location, I experienced something completely unacceptable. A staff member, Ramses R., whistled at me like a dog to inform me that my order was ready—instead of simply calling out the order number (which was 16). I told him directly that what he did was wrong. This behavior was not just unprofessional—it was racist, ignorant, and dehumanizing. As a Black man, I found this deeply offensive. I expect basic respect when I spend my money somewhere, and this crossed the line. Management needs to take this seriously. I will not be returning.

The place has always been overpriced, especially since the food is blah at best. They finally offer baskets to go with their overpriced sandwich at double the money😑 I don't know what kind of ice cream mix they are using but calling it sweet cream is simply a poor way to cover that it's not ice cream🤮 My brother has two pensions so he can afford bad food so that he can "support" the Oregon based company, but I feel that Burgerville show their home pride and get off their high horse and treat the Oregonian customers with some gratitude.
