I am impressed with C4FIT. When I was introduced to this gym I was skeptical. The simplicity of gym design and equipment, workout techniques, diet, supportive community, and attentive staff have squashed my doubts completely. This is a thorough program. Workouts are challenging, adjustable to my personal level, and are building my core which gives me a better foundation for strength. The speed and agility exercises are demanding and work core and stability muscles like no other. The diet is structured to be filling and I find it to be very sustainable and effective. I am a very hard sell, this program has documented high promise/high results as long as you put out effort. It’s more than being a client, you are truly part of a supportive community. Straight facts. I am committed!

I just joined C4Fit as a member after trying several drop in classes and I love it! Haley and Nicole are so welcoming and make the workouts fun but still challenging.
