We came here around 10 p.m. mainly because this place is one of the few spots open late that serves shrimp boil. The restaurant itself looks pretty nice inside with newer booths and a clean atmosphere. The vibe is casual but still nice enough that you could easily come here for a date or a relaxed night out. The layout and ambiance felt comfortable, and overall the place seemed well-maintained. Parking is a little confusing. They have a $3 valet fee, but it’s mostly self-parking unless the lot is really full. What was frustrating is that after 10 p.m., valet usually leaves and parking is free — or at least that’s what they’ve done before. But this time, even though it was after 10, the valet staff still made us pay before quickly packing up, which felt like they were milking the charge even though no one was really there to provide the service. The food is the main reason we keep coming back. We ordered snow crab legs and one pound of peeled shrimp with their spicy “Bang-Bang-Bang” sauce for about $58, plus another pound of peeled shrimp with white rice for $24. We also had two orders of steamed chicken dumplings for $24, which ended up being what my son ate since they don’t have a kids’ menu. Drinks were two cans of soda at $3 each and a Thai iced coffee for $5, plus two boiled eggs for $3.50. The shrimp boil was tasty as always, and the complimentary salsa-like sauce on the side was a nice touch. While the food portions were decent, the prices do add up quickly. Service was where things got frustrating. There was only one waitress, Nirin, for the whole floor, and we had to flag her down multiple times. She forgot to bring the Thai iced coffee we ordered and initially denied that we requested it, even though we saw her write it down. Napkins were minimal, which isn’t great for a messy seafood boil. When it came time to pay, things got tense — after paying cash for part of the bill, she insisted the rest of the payments had to be split evenly across cards, refusing to let us pay different amounts on separate cards. We’ve done this before at this location without issues, and we explained that we usually tell them at the end because we’re not sure if it causes more hassle upfront. When we asked for a manager, she said there wasn’t one available, which is concerning for a restaurant this size. Regarding the gratuity, we didn’t mind paying the automatic 18% service charge that was added to our $185 bill, but the breakdown was confusing. There was also a $7.53 processing fee, and the receipt still suggested leaving an additional tip on top (18–22%), which felt excessive. The staff didn’t consider the service charge as a tip, putting customers in an awkward spot. The waitress insisted that our 10-year-old counted toward the party minimum for the gratuity, even though there’s no kids’ menu. We brought up, just once at the beginning, that if they’re going to count kids, they should really offer a kid’s meal. She took offense to that and kept repeating it later, even though we weren’t arguing about the gratuity — our real issue was about how we wanted to split the bill. The constant mention of “I saw the kid eat” during payment disputes felt unprofessional and off-topic. One more thing: the business seems to operate under multiple names. On the receipt, it’s called “Cajun Ayce Crispy Pork Express,” but Yelp and other platforms list names like “Cajun Seafood House.” They appear to close and reopen under different names, which makes it hard to track reviews or hold them accountable. In summary, the food and late-night hours are great and the main reasons we keep coming back, but the confusing fees, subpar service, and lack of management made this visit stressful. The restaurant has a nice casual but also date-friendly vibe, and the shrimp boil is tasty, but be prepared for service hiccups and unclear payment policies.

1time they charged service fee, now tried again. To go back the truth is the food taste awful. They can’t cook Thai food like crispy gang, and they’re the same owner. I don’t get it. Oh different cooks. I believe they should Close this Cajun restaurant they really need to close it but keep the restaurant on the left side that belongs to them. Keep that open on the right side crispy pork gang keep that open and the last restaurant at the end should stay open. Also, I believe that they’re better cooks than the cajun restaurant. Their restaurant cannot cook awful awful, yes the bathroom ladies smell bad, Please close this restaurant or get a better cook. Clean your restroom your price sucks and services fee needs to stop. Tips are not mandatory and you need to know that unless it’s more than 6% eating then you should charge a tip but just two people eating and you’re charging a tip. You should not do that. You should let us make the decisions how much tip we should give to you. This is going to stop.. I suggest you need to close your restaurant down and revamp this whole place. The other two restaurants are fine so far haven’t found fault and then but do not let the people in find the fault on your restaurant. It looks bad. Your recipes is not correct for all three meals. I’m a professional in eating Thai food. This does not taste like Thai food. I’m very sorry you need to do better than this.

This has become one of my favorite seafood spots, but going last night completely changed my mind. I ordered about $100 worth of food and none of it was enjoyable. My shrimp were completely overcooked, extremely mushy as well my potatoes. I ordered sausage that werent in my bag either. There was barely any sauce and I had over 2lbs of food as well as add ons. I also ordered a pacific steamed and it was the same issues unfortunately. I’ve tried to call since I got home lastnight and even now since writing this I’ve continued to try and nothing. Definitely a unsatisfied experience. This addition to my review is added after finally speaking with an employee and basically being to that after hearing my issue and me stating I would even bring the food back to see it wasn’t eaten the owner of the establishment said I couldn’t get my meal remade nor full refund. I was only offered another order of shrimp and not all the orders I placed just one portion.

We went to Tumnak Thai and Cajun Seafood House for lunch. They have a very large selection (see the photos) and lunch specials, even on the weekend. The food was very tasty. Their Heinan chicken was exceptional, they use sticky rice for the dish and it was so delicious I got a plate of just the Heinan rice.
