Cannon puts the craft in craft cocktail - possibly the best cocktail bar I’ve ever been! What can I say? I was staying in Seattle and happened to come across cannon. I made a last minute, split decision to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. This place puts in the effort to not just make an elevated drink, but to create a whole vibe. Yes, the prices may startle some, but trust me…it’s worth it. Treat yourself 💅 Love the concept of a drink where you are the artist and can make your own masterpiece. Edible paint? Cocktails? Who dreams this up? My favorite had to be Snow White’s Bong. Fruity, smokey, and just balanced. But beware, these drinks are so on point they go down a little too easy. All in all, if you’re in Seattle, visiting Seattle, or even thinking about Seattle then visit Cannon!

Horrible. OMG. Low-grade cocktails with some “mixology” gimmicks to mask poor balance and clashing flavors. Absolutely overpriced for what you get, style over substance across the board. The menu is a bloated novel that feels more like a stunt than a thoughtful curation. Bartenders seemed more interested in showing off than actually making something drinkable. We’ve had cocktails around the world, and this was easily one of the most overhyped. If you’re looking for an actual good drink in Seattle, skip this tourist trap.

It's my 3rd time here. Been here on almost every visit to Seattle and haven't been disappointed. First of all, for me, it's an amazing whisky bar! So many to choose from and explore. Secondly, they make amazing cocktails. If you can grab a seat at the bar, you will be in for a treat as the bartenders display their craft. It's a true performance. The cocktails are served in a very artistic manner, so enjoy the entire production! The food was fantastic! I really enjoyed it. The oysters were okay, but everything else we ordered was just amazing. Finally, the ambiance was amazing. The old pub feel. The whisky bottles on display. The bartenders making the drinks. All amazing. Overall, a good experience. It is a little pricy, but it is well worth it. I highly recommend it and I look forward to my next visit.

One of the best cocktail bars I have ever been to. These cocktails were perfectly balanced and in my opinion, worth the over 20-dollar price tag per cocktail. This bar ranks in my book as one of the best bars in the US.

The kitchen is spare, and the menu is short. Not saying it isn't good, but their main focus is mixology, not gastronomic delights. They seem to have shifted over the years from incredible cocktails to include a minor bit of theatrics and specialized serving ware into their cocktail presentations. They have some rules that may not be apparent to the uninitiated. But, this ensures everyone present can expect some degree of service excellence that might not otherwise be available where folks belly up to the bar and shout out an order. My 'no wait' comment does not include later evening times, but early opening times, and Happy Hour. BTW, they have a slightly different take on potstickers. Very tasty.
