Included in the CAC is the band room. The main hall is nice and open so if you're alone its nice to use. The floor in there is nasty, it clearly hasn't been cleaned in a while and winds are always emptying their spit valves. Equipment in there is OKish, however fitting a 5-octave marimba in any room is a big hassle. In addition the speakers for the main romm are not practical for solos that include tape. There aren't enough practice rooms, just come by on a Monday during lessons and you'll see every room, including THE STORAGE ROOM taken for teaching.

Grand Canyon University really provides an excellent activity center for their students. It's pretty amazing the facility provided for students to work out play. From skateboarding to mountain climbing basketball courts in workout equipment. Just great!
