I ordered a Russell 15 for pickup via their website. After driving two hours and calling before my visit, I found out they didn’t even have my order. They just said, “It’s ‘just’ gone.” No explanation, no apology. They wasted four hours of my time, only to tell me, “We won’t impose a cancellation fee, so you can cancel it.” As if that’s some kind of favor. They didn’t take any responsibility and acted like waiving the cancellation fee was an act of generosity. To make it worse, their website still shows the item in stock. Completely unprofessional—one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had.
