I can only speak for my experience someone else's may have been different. I was referred to this place by a distant relative who used to live in the Raleigh area. We just moved here from Maryland in October.She swore by this nail salon. The location is not so desirable. It's tucked away in a not so well lit strip mall off of capital Blvd. The interior was not much greater. I was only able to take an exterior photo of the business itself because I didn't want to seem too obvious. There was a man that I'm thinking was a manager. He stood at the front as I entered. He did not greet me. I stood for a couple of minutes before I was acknowledged. The man paced the floor throughout the building the entire time. My nails although I liked the technician she was nice. But the presentation of the interior appeared very outdated, gloomy, antiquated, and uninviting. The price for what I got was a gel polish change was $25.00 which was about the average price these days. What I found rather alarming was also. They don't accept bank cards. It's cash or cash app ONLY. And if you do pay via cash app they charge you $2.00 in addition to what you pay for services for. No matter how small or large the amount. Please see photos attached. However Raleigh Durham seems to be a nice area so far. However I would not return to this salon nor being new to NC FROM Maryland would I recommend this salon unfortunately. I didn't feel safe when I had to go to the Cash points that was located across the parking lot near the salon. Again this was my experience. I'm sure there are many more salons to choose from just not this one. My business did not seem wanted. We work hard and prefer to patronize with businesses that want our business and present well to the general public in appearance and how customers are treated.

Some of my nails popped off 4days after being installed. I called the shop and told them and they said to come In l, so I did and when arriving the lady told me that I would need a new set…. So an extra 55 dollars NOT TO MENTION THAT I GOT MY FEET DONE ASWELL AND THEY ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION(acrylic toes). Anyways after arriving and she told me that I said let’s just replace the ones off and then she tried to charge me 30 dollars like I didn’t just spend 115 on my nails and feet….. this place is horrible, I will never come here again…. Very disappointed.

I just got my nails done earlier tonight on Friday February 16,2023. The nail tech V was very good, patient and detail with her work. I like how my nails came out. I don't like how they don't accept cards to pay. And the waiting room when u walk in is small. The TV needs to be on. The man at the front needs to greet u but after that he was nice and humble.
