Marmaine was an exceptional front desk assistant and the complete resort was a beautiful experience. I went for my mom’s birthday weekend and we spent a delightful time with them. Mermaine even sent a beautiful gift to my mom to the room. The spa was great, girls working there were amazing to us and also at the Stand Bar. It was completely perfect, clean, well organized and cozy. Thank you all for the effort and the work. 🤍

We stayed at the Carillon a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful time! Beautiful location right on oceanfront with attentive staff all the way through. Everyone from bellhop to front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and the spa were great and showed care and attention to detail. As well, we slept amazingly each night and found it very cool to learn that every room in the hotel had a Jaspr air scrubber, along with the lobby, gym area, and spa plus wellness rooms. It's a great feeling to stay in a place that takes clean air seriously and the staff were excited and eager to tell us about how the Carillon is the only clean air certified hotel in Miami. Awesome experience and we will for sure return!

I visited Carillon Spa recently with my boyfriend for massages, expecting a luxury experience. While both providers were kind and welcoming, the service itself fell way short of what I anticipated. My boyfriend’s massage was fine but not memorable. Unfortunately, mine felt disconnected and uncomfortable at times, at one point the full weight of the practitioner was placed on my head and hair, which left me waiting for the session to end. For the premium pricing and automatic 22% gratuity, I expected a much higher standard of care and flow. I also reached out to the spa team privately with my feedback but never received a reply, which was disappointing. Carillon has such a strong reputation, and I truly wanted to love this experience, but overall it didn’t meet the level of service I expected.

The Carillon Spa provides exceptional service and fantastic amenities and beautiful ambience. 5 ⭐️ We upgraded our massage to the Deep Tissue one and it was definitely worth it. Rick, my masseuse’s attention to stretching and concentrating on my problem areas made all the difference that my back even cracked 3 times. What a relief! I would definitely recommend The Carillon Spa over the others especially with the various thermal circuit options provided: 3 different types of “stem rooms”, warm relaxation beds, 2 different types of aromatherapy showers and jacuzzi. 💯💯 Couples please note that the women’s and men’s thermal circuit is separate, but you could get a couples room for the massage and of course enjoy the pool and beach services together.
