Literally just got home from the drive thru from this location, and we had ordered a beyond burger and they said they no longer served them and that the "el diablo burger" was the only non-meat option, but...its literally just some jalapeno poppers and fried zucchini and sliced jalapenos...just straight up on a bun? Like the rest of the food was fine but i dont understand why they didnt just say straight up that they were out or not serving it or whatever. I paid full price and they just kindve...omitted the meat part and tossed some poppers in?? I guess its "meat free" technically, but thats Buckwild yall lol

8/21: Updated: Had a second meal at Carl's Jr and it was a much better experience. Service was great and food was good. Would I eat here regularly? Probably not; however, I would consider going back again if a burger piqued my interest. Got the new teriyaki burger and it was missing pineapple. In addition the burger patties were dry. I called the phone number and it just rings and goes to a mailbox which is full. this was the first time I've had Carl's Jr in 3 years and I'm just so angry right now.

Going through the drive-thru it's not easy, the service I received was mostly in Spanish and I cannot understand what they were trying to ask me they also decided that my order was done after I ordered one meal I had three meals to order then it took almost 20 minutes waiting on the food. Personally I would avoid this location there are plenty of other Carl Jr's that are amazing this particular one you need to be bilingual in order to order through the drive-thru.

Has the best experience because of Teresita!! Did drive thru and she was so kind, welcoming over the speaker. Got our order and then we could see her hustle through the window, she is so fast. They: took our payment, got our drinks, made our shakes, packed our food and made sure to get us sauce- in no time at all. She was so fast and she was working all alone up at that window. I’m very thankful, the food was perfect and even better when someone kind is serving you. Thank you very much and I will be back because of her.
