Pricing has gone up on all cruise lines, and while Carnival is one of the lower priced lines, just remember you get what you pay for. We are currently onboard and have encountered plenty of issues. 1. Our room smells of mildew and had significant dust in all the vents. We have talked to guest services 3 days in a row, they just send the floor supervisor out and cleaning personel over and over. We have clearly explained it is not a cleanliness issue... the room itself needs to be disinfected from mold. 2. Many of the staff members appear very displeased to be waiting on people. I understand hospitality isn't the easiest position to be in, but it was a chosen one. Many staff members on board have blatantly stated they did not enjoy being there, no smiles, and act upset to wait on you. Really unpleasant and awkward situation to be in when you've paid significant funds to have an all-inclusive experience. 3. The food is OKAY, there is plenty of it. Overall I'd give it a 5/10, perhaps that's asking too much for better quality. The presentation is pretty, but for luxuries like cruises I personally feel the taste should be in that 7+ out of 10 for all dining options. 4. The cruise excursions are lackluster: from snorkeling in poor locations with open bars just meaning "rum punch" to culture tours rushing guests with not quality content in the tour. I'd highly recommend booking a private tour outside of the cruise line. Overall it was not Terrible but not worth the pay in my opinion. I'd give the cruise a 4/10 and would not repeat this adventure, perhaps to another cruise line. The cruisers from Norwegian and Royal Caribbean seemed far happier with their overall experience!

We had zero complaints on our cruise and we loved this ship and staff so much we went back 4 months later! They remembered us, our names, and our drinks! That’s great service.

Just get off from Carnival Celebration! 🚢 i love this ship.. I recommend highly recommended ❤️ Great ship!! Lots to do . Good food and plenty of space for everyone. Pools on Deck 8 and 16 aft are both great places to hang out. Especially during sail away from the ports 😎 They have great crew, especially the room cleaner from Indonesia and the waiters crew from Philippines they are very accommodating and also kind 😊
