One of the best places in Austin. Festivals grounds is awesome, right on the Colorado river with a beautiful view of the Austin sky line. Always a blast, can’t wait til our next visit. 10/10.

Euphoria Music Festival took place here and it was pretty amazing. Just have to say that the pour your drink out policy as you entered and left festival/campgrounds made for a REALLY muddy mass exodus. I think I have literally no other complaints. It was a really nice area and very accommodating for the beautiful festival.

First all, all these negative reviews about a crawfish boil are being posted in the wrong place. They should be on the event page. This page is simply for Carson Creek. The crawfish festival only rented the land. Carson Creek in no way was responsible for how that festival was handled. Please redirect your reviews to the festival page if you want to make an impact on the event producers. That being said. this is a beautiful area with water front access and beautiful pastures. The woman who owns the property is incredibly hard working, kind, and caring. She’s a true Austinite thru and thru. She puts so much of herself into keeping this place beautiful. Like seriously this place is a gem in this middle of Austin, and we are all lucky to have an opportunity to experience it.
