This is a staple in Miami, and when I visit, I love to stop in. However, this time, the service was below standard. The restaurant was not busy at all, barely anyone there. There were many waiters working, but all going around in circles. Our waiter was not looking at our table. We needed water and had to ask. We could never find him. Food was good and the atmosphere was only ok. The best part was the live guys playing music.

EXCELLENT RESTAURANT! I had a dinner and I didn't expect it like it is, an authentic Spanish Restaurant from the Chef (Gallego) to the rest of the staff. The menu has a good variety of meals. I tried as an appetizer the meat platter (Bellota 5 J) and different type of cheese. The Paella was delicious and I took the left overs to the house... The day after tasted even better! Flan with coconut was spectacular too. They have a good selection of red wine from Spain. The design and decoration is very Spanish. Singers around the tables even celebrating and singing happy birthdays. Casa Juancho is a must. You will feel that homemade Spanish flavor with. authentic ingredients. This is the best Spanish restaurant I have eaten in Miami. Valet Parking available.

Took my mother for her birthday about a month ago. Valet guys were extremely rude and you have to leave with them or park in the street. Valet charges what they want based on what car you drive. Paella was overcooked, and the lobster tail that came with it was like rubber. I told the waiter and he just said “we’re very busy, it happens.” $15 cheesecake tasted like like refrigerator. When we were done it was raining very hard. As I walked outside they asked me for valet ticket, I gave it to the guy and 5 minutes later my car was there, with the seats totally wet. The ran to get the car with no rain coat or umbrella, I told him about he seats and he was very rude, said “well it’s raining”, and said they’re not allowed to use umbrellas. I wasn’t in a hurry, I could’ve waited. When I gave the ticket I would’ve expected they used common sense and not ran out in the middle of the rain. Seats are still stained from the water as you can see in the pictures.

We went for my mom’s birthday, the valet parking always is very attentive. As soon as we went in we were greeted by the manager. Since we went on a weekday it was somewhat empty but we loved it. All the waiters made sure we were well taken care of. I was a little sad to find out they didn’t have the Spanish singers anymore but we still enjoyed ourselves.
