The place is very vintage, and restrooms were clean. We had the opportunity to enjoy the Grand Funk concert. The sound was more than enough for the number of persons attending the concert. When we politely asked for information, he shouted at us and made us feel completely unwelcome. He seemed visibly disgusted by both me and my car, which was incredibly insulting. When I respectfully pointed it out, instead of improving her behavior, she responded with rudeness. If you work in customer service, the least you can do is treat people with basic courtesy. This kind of service reflects poorly on the casino.
