I have had excellent custoer service fro Catherine Pooler Designs (CPD) on two occasions. Over a year ago I had an issue with a metal cover die and they trouble-shooted with me on how to use it. My other experince was just this week when I reached out to a third party retailer about a defective stamp within a CPD stamp set. The third-party retailer contacted CPD and CPD imediately shipped me a replcement stamp set! Customer service is phenolmental! Thank you!
