Dr Barnes and her team are absolutely amazing and I am so thankful for them. They were able to see my girl the NEXT DAY and were so kind to her and explained to me all the steps and treatment needed. All the medicine was well labeled and explained as well. I already knew I would be following the instructions and medications as recommended. I’d only say the area of improvement could be explaining the cost a bit more - but the cost was more than reasonable and fair. I am so thankful for them - truly. Yes, they can be a bit busy but it’s also an emergency facility and they balanced the emergencies that came in while I was there in grace. We were referred for ophthalmology not emergency- but they are great at balancing both departments. Once again - so thankful and really wonderful team from techs to doctor.

While I obviously wasn’t happy that my cat was in such bad shape that she needed to go here, they made it a really good experience. She was in critical condition so they took her in almost immediately and began treatment. My vet didn’t think she’d make it but these doctors didn’t seem to have an issue getting to the root cause and nursing her back to near full health. I’d say the only negative is the price but it’s to be expected with 24/7 care.

Wow. Thank you Dr. Phan for saving my cat Falcor and giving him another chance. Your compassion to go above and beyond to find a solution … there are no words for the gratitude. Thank you to all the kind staff. This is the second cat (related brothers) this vet has saved from complete urinary blockage. Even if I can’t own him at least I know he is pain free and with someone who can give him the care he needs. Highly recommend.

Carolyn at the front desk was so kind and helpful, keeping us well-informed and supported every step of the way. After surgery, Bri provided thoughtful and detailed post-op teaching that helped us feel well-prepared to care for him at home. We experienced and incredibly stressful situation with out Lab ingesting anti-freeze, but CTV ER team was there for us and our dog every step of the way! Both their urgency and the compassionate care they provided helped ease our worries. Dr. Rae’s thorough communication and the staff’s quick actions in treating our dog and addressing our concerns about the other pets really made a difference.
