Went here as a new skater and was really struggling. One of the staff saw me and gave me smaller boots which helped immensely. If the owner reads this give Mark a promotion; if it wasn’t for him I’d probably have given up and never come back!

Fun and exciting place to take your family for skates on ice. You have to go at specific times and the cost was in my budget. After skating, grab a snack or something to drink. It was cold so I suggest dress for the temperature and also protection from the ice if you fall. I had a great time

I love it here I’ve been taking lessons for around 8months and I’ve had nothing but good experiences the catches told me when I’d need new skates and I did, I recently got those skates and they were cheaper than the originaly recommended ones because pre tariffs. Amazing customer service and a very friendly environment 😊🙌✨

My daughter had her 10th birthday party here on July 3rd and we had a GREAT time! We used 7 of the 10 wristbands included in the birthday package and was assigned with 2 instructors. Let me tell you how awesome Ms. Peggy Sue and Mila are! I love how inclusive and patient they were teaching my niece with Down syndrome. I mean these people have good souls! They’re very helpful and nice and just encouraging for both experienced and newbies. We will come back to this place and we will recommend them to family and friends. Everything went smooth and all the kids and adults had so much fun on the ice. We literally took advantage of open skates time until they asked us to leave. Her party reservation was during the open skates from 2:45pm to 6pm!!! Well worth it!!!! Thank you Chapparal! Have an Ice Day! 😊
