I ordered a sandwich for me and a 4 piece nugget meal for my child! The food didn't have any flavor, half of the fries were rotten and they only gave a few! I asked for no ice in my drink, and she poured the cup back in the lemonade and refilled it! The top wouldn't stay on the cup so a lot of it spilled out! I eat at Charley's a lot and have never had a problem! I thought it would be good to try a store front one and not have to go in the mall! This is the worst i've ever experienced! My child thought I ate all of her fries because they gave less than a handful and a lot were rotten! Our food didn't have any seasoning or flavor and it was cold! We work too hard for our money to spend it with people who won't give quality food and service! Just terrible!
