Worst place to eat blan food and rude enoloyees especially Mexican lady manager she almost killed me today I order no onions which is clearly printed on the receipt, I ask for no onions cause um allergic but she made the sandwich with everything the receipt said not to put in it I had a crazy episode when I bit it could have dies tbh you think they cared yea right they act like they didnt know who I was even with the receipt but we will see how they when they hear from my layer cause I documented everything so if tou like bad service this is the spot for you

I love this Charleys location. The employees here are fantastic. To be honest, we go here a lot (probably more than we should) and the employees here know us and know what we prefer to order. They remember us every time and make sure to get our somewhat complicated orders correct. The downside here is that they are located inside the front door lobby area of Cristown Mall. So they don't really have their own seating area, just some tables in front of the ordering counter. And there is a merry-go-round right next to them that plays some really annoying music on repeat. We pretty much always take our food home to eat it because it's not the best seating and eating area. I wish they were located somewhere other than a dying mall, but what can you do about it? I've been to other Charleys locations, but this one is hands down the best as far as employees go. And I don't know what their particular cooks do differently, but the food tastes better when we get it from this location. And in the end, that's what really matters to me.

I'm from Philadelphia and it's really really hard to find a good Cheese steak But I stumbled across Charlie's Cheese steaksThat by far they are the best I order the e large the large with everything and boy did they put a lot of meat And vegetables with on it. enough for 2 but I ate it all myself .so Delicious .so you got to try them if you want a great Cheese steak😊😊
