Recently was in attendance for the James Taylor show, with the opening act. The experience was great. It is a good venue, and the acts were amazing. What was especially helpful was that I have recently developed some mobility issues and the staff at Chastain was incredibly kind and helpful. Though I wasn't registered as an ADA attendee (I bought my tickets months ago via the James Taylor fan club), they worked to help me find the best and easiest way to get to my seats and then to get to my vehicle to leave. Everyone involved in that process was amazing and I am grateful for their professionalism and empathy.

Saw James Taylor. Great show!! Seats were large enough with plenty of leg room. Issue was, I needed disabled parking but it was full. I had to walk nearly a mile from where I parked, and then a billion stairs to my seat.

One of the best venues I've ever been to. The layout of the amphitheatre practically guarantees that you'll be able to see the artist from every seat, and the surrounding building areas allow you to easily reach refreshments and restrooms. We went to go see Peach Pit yesterday evening, and we all agreed that the sound work and lighting were top-notch for the entire show. The only caveat I'll add is that the drinks were super costly (think $20+ for a single beer in some cases 😅). I debated getting a $27 mixed frozen drink personally, but ultimately I couldn't justify it and refilled my Liquid Death can with the filtered drinking water onsite. If you're on a budget during a no carry-ins night, plan to bring a plastic water bottle and use their fountains! Overall, though, the entire venue was super clean, well organized, and the show we watched was amazing. I look forward to coming here again sometime.

Teddy swims what's that Chastain Wednesday night went to the concert which was really a great show enjoyed Teddy's show. Parking was absolute murder. I guess that's probably a typical knock against Chastain. So many people so little places to park. The show was to begin at 8:00 we managed to find a parking spot at 9:00 and made our way into the amphitheater just in time for the start of Teddy's performance. Comfortable seating in the orchestra pit sound system was just fine to listen to the show the audio visuals on the stage were clear and accessible from our seats. Other than the fact that the humidity was High that has absolutely nothing to do with Chastain or the amphitheater it was a great time. Leaving the amphitheater was exponentially better than arriving. So all in all four and a half Stars enjoyed our visit Chastain Park Synovus Amphitheater

The venue is showing its age and parking is tricky but this is still a cool place to catch a show. There is no roof so whether (including sun and heat) should be considered. Views and acoustics are great from any seat. Parking is extra and for us was $30 to park and support the middle school across the street from the main parking lot.
