That said, I had an extremely upsetting experience at Cheers to You last night that has left me feeling uncomfortable returning. After ordering four Mindracers for my group and finding a booth, a man wearing a Cheers to You shirt — who hadn’t made our drinks — approached our table aggressively. He seemed not sober or maybe just very angry (slurring his words and visibly shaking), slammed the check on our table, and began yelling at me to add a bigger tip or get out. I was shocked and confused. Before I had time to react, he grabbed all of our drinks, slammed them on top of each other, and continued yelling at me to leave. I was genuinely scared and ended up crying. After he took our drinks, we asked if he could cancel the charge since we’d only taken a few sips. He aggressively responded, “No get out” To the staff and management: I completely understand the frustration when customers don’t tip well — I’ve worked in a sports bar for years, and I truly get it. But there’s a better way to handle it. I would’ve gladly added more to the tip if someone had calmly approached me — especially the bartender who actually made our drinks. Instead, this aggressive confrontation not only scared me but also cost you a group of returning customers. If you look at my past visits, you’ll see I’ve consistently tipped what was expected — often more — and I frequently tip in cash. I hope that’s something you take into consideration.

Please save your time ,money, and energy by avoiding this bar. The bartenders and staff are super rude to their customers. They will scold you for not tipping or kick u out for not tipping. I literally bought one white claw and was immedietly scolded for not tipping. I also had questions about the drink menu and i was immedietly given attitude just for asking a question. Anyways ,go to London Belle instead. All the staff there are super kind and are actually happy to serve you.

Last night, I experienced a highly unfortunate incident at a local bar. As my friends and I approached the establishment, the bouncer made a public announcement that my attire was inappropriate, specifically stating that "my posterior was visible due to my skirt." Such behavior is both disgusting and entirely unacceptable. I was, in fact, wearing a skort, which effectively covered any such exposure. Upon questioning the bouncer regarding the inconsistency of his remarks, he arrogantly asserted his authority as the ultimate decision-maker, despite his role as a mere doorman. When I requested to speak with the manager to address this issue, my request was unjustly denied. In light of this incident and the evident lack of respect for women displayed by this establishment, I have made the firm decision to never patronize this bar again.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! First time here for the 10 of us. Terrible service/bartenders! Tried to card us again after they checked our id’s at the door and we were there for over an hour playing pool! Asian lady bartender was the worst! Kept getting irritated with us because we had questions about the special drinks and local beers. Yelling “i’ll help anyone who’s ready” (it was not busy on a chill sunday afternoon) She only got friendlier after we were at the bar and i told my friends “yall better know what you want to drink or she won’t help you” then she noticed i was getting irritated with her then started coming up with excuses like she “had a long day and didn’t we were all together” like bish you’re a bartender you work for tips! You’re lucky i left you 5 bucks! SLC has the worst customer service people in the world! Every place we went just kept getting worst! But this place took the cake! After reading all those bad reviews how is this place even open! Every beer, cider and seltzer on tap was watered down! Turn around don’t drown! Cheers 2 U! NOT!!!

I travel to SLC often from out of town for work. Every time I come here I make sure to go to Cheers 2 You. Ash is the MOST friendly and awesome bartender ever. It’s always a delight to be served by her. Other than that the atmosphere is amazing and down to earth and the drinks (as prepared by ash) are great and reasonably priced. I’ll make sure to continue coming here every time I visit.
