The bathroom is very clean and Mrs. E does a very good job cleaning, she deserves a raise! There are also fresh flowers on the tables which I’m pleasantly surprised. The music is nice and the chicken sandwiches are always good.

My only real complaint is EVERY TIME I go to THIS particular Chick-fil-A and order the chicken noodle soup, there's hardly any noodles in the soup and there aren't any chicken pieces, it's always finely shredded chicken with a few chunks of carrots. I only get the soup for when I'm not feeling well, and pray and hope that with each order, it would reflect the true chicken noodle soup that I've always enjoyed all of my life living in Atlanta and Texas. This South Loop unfortunately hasn't come close as of yet.🤞

Very clean restaurant. Our order was perfect. They do have Coke ZERO! I got their cob salad. I get it without tomatoes and eggs. That's just my preference for any salad. Their chicken is the best. Everything is super fresh. Great place. This restaurant also has an efficient long drive thru . They also have the friendliest staff.

Ordered a cob salad with no corn and a large fry. Went back once because they gave me a medium. They gave me a large fry. Got home and started mixing my salad only to find corn in it. The pictures clearly show that there is corn and what I ordered. I ordered NO CORN!
