The service is great, the prices are reasonable (bubble tea is so expensive these days), and it just has a nice casual vibe. It's never too packed or rowdy. And most importantly, the bubble tea is always great. My go-to here is the peach oolong with tea jelly and it never disappoints. The peach flavoring isn't overly artificial or cloyingly sweet like it can be at other places. It's really good! Location is really nice as well, you can take your tea to go and chill in Washington Square Park nearby. Makes for a great afternoon or evening.

Solid boba in a super cute, pet-themed shop featuring many beautiful photos of cats! I stopped by Chihiro Tea after grabbing lunch nearby and was tempted by online reviews of their Green Thai Tea. Unlike traditional Thai tea, this version did not have any milk and was a bit tangier. The one downside was that it wasn't possible to change the sugar level on this or most of their specialty drinks, so it was a bit too sweet and not quite tart enough for my taste. It's a little pricey, but within expectations for NYC. The bobarista was quite friendly, and I'm obsessed with the space. There wasn't a ton of seating, but there was a small counter along the wall where you could wait for your order and admire the giant print of a shiba inu enjoying its boba. Or, if you walked a tiny bit further to the back wall, they also had a cute little gallery wall featuring a few cats!
