Lots of cool chinese people and kinda weird semi homeless guys. One time i was doing weights and some old black guy with a beard and a beanie was training karate kid style with a stick in the corridor. Really musky sauna but I love it!!! 5 stars

So far have only used the pool, but it’s a good one. Kept clean and at an okay temperature with 3-4 lanes available for lap swimming. People are generally really respectful and the staff has been great in my experience. Locker rooms are big and also kept clean. Dry sauna is great! The gym is fairly small area but has the essentials. I was a regular at NYC rec centers before, so this feels like a huge upgrade to me. If you’re coming from a nicer gym, it’s gonna feel barebones. But for the price and location, I’m a huge fan of this YMCA.

If I'm ranking the facility, I can't really make an accurate recommendation as I don't have a membership but I thought the basketball courts were well maintained. Great time on a guest pass and nice crowd hooping there on a Thursday night.

This gym ("my" gym) just recently reopened post-pandemic and I can't believe how much I missed coming here. The staff is fantastic, it's gotten a huge equipment upgrade since it closed in 2020. The whole place is sparkly clean. And I particularly enjoy seeing my fellow gym goers come back. This is not a fancy gym but the people who work out here are serious about their health and well-being and that is an absolute inspiration to me.

Love this facility , but had an issue with a dark skinned woman young, didn’t get her name, so I will go back to get it . But she gave me a hassle with my membership . So I contacted my insurance to confirm I’m not out of line, and was told I should have no issues with my membership at this facility due to it being in network and they know policy., Instead got met with grief condescending attitude and was requested to fill out a form I shouldn’t of had to. And she also took a copy of my license which is not neccessary for check in. I’m DISAPPOINTED in that young lady an her mannerisms . Otherwise gym is beautiful quiet and well kept .
