Chip city always has the best cookies!! My favorite cookie shop. Too bad there’s no store near me (coral gables). Hope they can open one here soon. Nelie is so nice and sweet. The cookies are phenomenal. The service is exceptional. I love the concept and that the flavors are constantly changing yet the old favorites are there. If you’re vegan or like to cut down on dairy, there’s a dairy free chocolate chip cookie in addition to a dairy- free biscoff flavored cookie that will satisfy all cravings. I’ve tried quite a few flavors and have loved them all. I love the creativity and the flavor is on point. I don’t always eat sweets but when I do I want cookies and ice-cream. I came closer to closing but was still able to get the s’mores cookie I was looking for. This place was great and the customer service was top tier, from the moment I walked in I was greeted by with a friendly smile and beautiful energy. Ingrid was super kind and super helpful in getting me what I needed. There were also a couple tables to sit inside so I could enjoy my ice cream on the spoon Next time I have a sweet tooth I know where to go 🍦❄️

Decided to try this location after recently finding on Uber eats. I like that it's non dairy and not extremely sweet like other places. Got the oatmeal pie and double cookies with the buy one get one free offer. Definitely my go to spot.

As a Crumbl fanatic, Chip City has me won over! The only flavor I'm not a big fan of is the cookies n cream (a bit plain/floury). They even have "thins" which are normal sized, not thick. The cinnamon bun cookie comes with icing. All are perfectly warm. The Nutella sandwich tastes perfect with the filling and salt on top. I'll have to try some ice cream with mine next time.
