the staff was so ridiculously rude. we had someone under 21 in our party so no drinks (which is understandable) but they would only let us stay for an hour max, and when it hit the exact minute the guy walked in and snatched the ipad from us mid song. we were charged $10 minimum per person for drinks so that was already a good $70 if not more, and to top it all off when i was picking up my card they let us know that “tip is included”, something they did not let us know beforehand, and it was a ridiculous amount for the shitty service and terrible attitudes we got from them definitely don’t recommend and we won’t be going back, they are nothing but money hungry and greedy, believe all the bad reviews you see on this place, if i could give them 0 stars i would

My friends and I had a terrible experience here. During our time here, the iPad system had to get fixed, and the staff tried to slip in a minimum $ amount per person for drinks which ruined the experience. To start, they “hold” your id and credit card when you arrive. After, they mention the hourly rate but glossed over the $ minimum needed to spent on drinks which is just a clear way of them trying to be sleek. They know if they have your id and card you will pay and be less confrontational.

DO NOT GO HERE. They will nickel and dime you every chance they get, are rude, have no regard for service, but will include a mandatory service charge on the bill anyway. I think they hope to take financial advantage of drunk people who won’t think twice about all the credit cars charges in the morning. Karaoke is my hobby. My usual places were booked, and so I came here to grab an available room one night. They charge a $20 drink minimum per person in addition to the room rate. They rushed us from the very beginning to order more and more items to rack up the bill. During the one hour we were there, we were interrupted multiple times and pushed to order more items, killing the vibe, the songs, and wasting our time. When we were finally told we had 6-7 minutes left, another person promptly returned to tell us it was our last song, unless we wanted to pay for an extended 30 minutes with an additional $10 minimum per person. When we said no, they ripped the ipad/karaoke controls away from us. Overall a deranged business model, we did not feel wanted there. Never going back.
