I had my daughter's birthday celebration here on 7/19/25. The host assigned to my party was very attentive, kind and prompt. I would highly recommend that they space out the party tables for better seating and privacy. Other than that, it was great !

This place was awesome! Anna went out of her way to make sure my daughters had a great time! She was so helpful in picking out the perfect package for games and food! She was so knowledgeable about everything, I was very thankful for her! She is the reason I will be back with my family. We were on the fence about visiting chuckie cheese cause one of my friends said "those places smell like feet" however I'm glad I took my girls in! It was clean, the pizza was soo delicious, I enjoyed the salad bar and different veggie options, everything was great. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. My baby whose 9 months loved Chuckie he was awesome, she was not afraid he gave all the kids a high fives, took plenty photos and had great dance moves and rhythm. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back and hopefully we can see Anna again! She made sure we had a great time and even reminded me to get my baby her ice cream dippin dots because we were having so much fun I almost forgot to show my receipt for the ice cream! Anna was excellent and makes the customer feel welcomed! This entire staff should be given a raise or higher salary, this kind of staff creates a family oriented, fun, safe, inviting environment that makes the customer want to spend more and more money because our kids are happy here and enjoy not just the games and atmosphere but laughs and loved Inside. Great job Anna thank you for making me and my families night!

Chuck E. Cheese is known to have a bad reputation in Chicago. So I was hesitant to take my daughter and her friends out for her birthday. She had a blast! It was awesome! Service was very fast and professional. I really enjoyed my time there. Checking in was fast and simple. You and your groups hands will be stamped. It's to make sure no kids leave with the wrong people. We got the unlimited play time for 60 minutes and got about 15 more minutes for free with purchase. I loved that all points and playtime was on a easy to use card. You tap, you play. Converting points to rewards points took a while. Not because of staff they were prompt and professional. It's the kids. Kids take a while to decide what they want than change they're minds multiple times lol. Just be patient. Checking out was a breeze 😌 I would definitely be coming back.

Pretty good for a Chuck E Cheese. Very clean. The service is give or take depending on who’s working. But honestly I just need a place to entertain my daughter and she LOVES it. Chuck E comes out every now and then and dances with the kids and she loses her toddler miiiind.

We did not eat but the salad bar looked fresh. Lots of games and rides all were in working order which was great we went during the week so it wasn't busy. I Like the unlimited games package. The tap card is way better than the tokens and it keeps track of your tickets won. Baby loved it I will be returning.
