They know everything there is to know about cigars, and it's clear that this place is well-run with great prices. I've been meaning to write a good review for a while now, and today's experience was another reminder of why I keep coming back. However, I did have a not-so-great experience the other week. I stopped by to get some cigars for my dad, and as soon as I opened the door, a lady working there said, "We're closed," with a very mean and rude tone. This was even though it was still ten minutes before closing time. I mean, how long does it take to ring up an order of just two cigars? The laziness of some workers these days is frustrating. That one incident aside, this place is generally great and always delivers a fantastic experience. Because of that one off-putting employee, I'm giving Cigar Warehouse four out of five stars. It's definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely fantastic. I am a Realtor with zero experience with cigars. The person behind the counter know exactly what my client was asking for and out of the HUNDREDS of cigars in this store he walked right up to it with in seconds. Due to changes in the city ordnance the could no longer have a smoking lounge like the one in Dallas. Both locations have the largest selection of cigars around and in one location. If they don’t have what you’re looking for odds are they have it at their Dallas location. Be sure to take advantage of the 15 cigars 15% off. This place is the absolute BEST! Selection - The best i've seen from visiting 15+ stores in the metroplex. Atmosphere - Classic Cigar Environment. By that I mean wood everywhere, and an Indian statue at the front to boot! Vibe - Chill; Relaxed, almost like an old world feel. No one is going to jump out and annoy you. You may be greeted at the door, or asked if you need help - but generally, it's all about the cigars; hence what you came there for! Knowledge - The people that work here are truly passionate about their product, and it shows. Whether it be Brian, Sammy, or even the great long haired beard of knowledge, they are always able to give me an honest opinion. Humidification - I have purchased cigars that were on display in by the register, all the way to cigars in the back section - both singles and boxes. On every occasion, when I reach my house they are between 65 and 68 percent humidity. Price - The cost on average is marketed much closer to the prices of online distributers. They price match as well, which is an added bonus for box purchases. Please note - I have only been an avid cigar smoker for about a year now. I have no relation to this business, nor any cigar business for that matter. I set out to find the best brick and mortar store in the city, as I longed for the in-person interactions and wanted to support the local community. In short, many of my journeys were in vain; but not this store. This one is a gem.
