Great place, just don’t choose the D-Box seat C10 in auditorium 4! You can see it online and purchase it, but doesn’t exist!! Well sorta!! There is a D-Box seat but it can’t be activated due to it not sinked in their system. Even though it’s online.

Past few times I have visited the lobby has been dirty and without fail I would see a roach crawling around near my seat in the theater—not just once, but the past 2 times I’ve been. There are also bugs flying around during the movie. Some of the reclining seats dont work. Overall a gross experience for what should be relaxing and enjoyable.

I was impressed with my first visit to this Cinemark location. The seats were so comfy, screen and sound was awesome as well. Don’t remember which room I was in but it was great. The aesthetics are old school but it gives it charm.

Gf and I decided to see a 10:30pm showing, and the service was abysmal. I get it, it’s a lot of teens working and they probably don’t really care THAT much but how rude and clueless the staff were was pretty frustrating. When we walk in there’s nobody to scan us in and let us know where to go, so we asked a cashier who then told us the wrong theater. When we got to the correct theatre there was an employee who was rude and annoyed that I had ordered my food to be delivered to my seat, by following behind us without saying a word. My gf turned around and when she asked if that was for us, he said “this is the only delivery to this theatre..so yeah I’d assume so” while scoffing and shaking his head. My gf didn’t know I delivered it to our seats, so for him to be rude to her was frustrating. Overall not a great experience in general but I will say the last time I went it was nothing like that. Maybe because I had minimal contact with the actual staff but oh well🤷🏾♂️

Cinemark Southpark Meadows will steal your money and not give accurate refund of the total amount of tickets during a refund process. Tell me why the sales tax $ amount is refunded at a lesser amount than when purchased? Why are you keeping a ticketing fee that was previously charged, when I clearly surrendered THAT TICKET, you will clearly just collect another ticketing fee when another patron purchases my ticket. I will never give this place another cent.
